Online bookings are for reservations at least 5 days in the future. If you are booking a reservation for a flight in less than 5 days, please call 951-699-5800 to make a reservation. Internet discounted fares may be rescheduled once purchased, but are not refundable.

ALL online bookings are e-tickets confirmed by email, with full details including meeting time and directions. Your confirmation number is the e-ticket number. By purchasing an online e-ticket, you agree that your credit card will be charged when you purchase the online e-ticket. If an individual passenger weighs more than 225 lbs., we may impose a $50 weight surcharge dependent upon booking capacity at check-in.

If you wish to order a specialty package not listed, book a flight in Perris or Sedona, have unique requests, do not want your credit card pre-charged or to arrange alternate payment arrangements, please call 951-699-5800.

If you use an online mailbox, your confirmation email may be delivered to the "bulk" mail folder by your server settings. Please check your bulk mail folder FIRST before calling regarding your confirmation letter, especially if you have a @yahoo or @hotmail account. Confirmations may take 4 hours or more to process, and may arrive the next day if you have booked after 7 PM Pacific Time.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your flight please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your flight. If you cancel within 48 hours of your flight or fail to show up, no refund is given and full fare will be charged. Prepaid vouchers and promotional fares are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
